Job Summary:
The Human Resource Executive will manage all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance. This role ensures HR strategies align with the company’s goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR strategies.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes.
• Address employee relations and grievances.
• Oversee performance appraisals and training programs.
• Ensure legal compliance and maintain HR records.
• Report HR metrics to management.
• Foster a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
• Strong recruitment and interviewing skills.
• Knowledge of HR systems and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
