Role Description

A Digital Marketer is pivotal in crafting and executing high-impact digital strategies. Responsible for developing comprehensive plans, they lead teams in implementing campaigns across diverse channels, including social media, SEO, and email. With a keen eye on market trends, they leverage analytics to optimize performance and maximize ROI. Their role involves budget management, brand consistency, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Leading by example, they mentor teams and stay abreast of emerging technologies, ensuring the organization remains innovative in the ever-evolving digital landscape. Through effective communication, analytics-driven decision-making, and a commitment to legal compliance, Digital Marketer contribute significantly to a company’s online visibility, brand reputation, and overall business success

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Collaboratively building, planning, and implementing the overall digital marketing strategy.
  • Leading and mentoring a team of digital marketing professionals
  • Managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing)
  • Using data analytics to track and measure campaign performance
  • Managing the digital marketing budget effectively
  • Staying updated with industry trends and conducting competitive analysis
  • Content Marketing; write long-form blogs optimized for SEO and our target keywords.
  • Sales Collateral; help create various online and offline materials to support the sales team – brochures, presentations, case studies, and pitch decks.
  • Collaborate with designers to improve user experience.
  • Any other kind of task that management may require to be done.

Experience Required: Minimum of 3 years in a similar position or field

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing from a reputed public/private University. Course on Graphic Design & Digital Marketing from any reputed institution will be counted as a special
  • Excellent academic background will be considered as a value-adding criteria.

Additional Requirement

  • Excellent academic background will be considered as a value-adding criterion.
  • Prior experience in operating websites and marketing analytics tools.
  • Good understanding of Search Engine Optimization, marketing databases, email and social media marketing
  • HTML, JavaScript, Adobe Acrobat, and advertisement serving tool usage experience would be necessary.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
