Role Description
We seek a UI/UX Designer who is a versatile professional who combines creativity, user empathy, and technical acumen to craft exceptional user experiences. With a keen understanding of user needs, this role involves conducting thorough research, creating intuitive interfaces, and iterating designs based on user feedback. Proficient in prototyping and visual design, a UI/UX Designer collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between user requirements and technical feasibility. Strong communication skills are essential for articulating design rationale and incorporating feedback while staying updated on design trends and technologies. The ability to balance aesthetics with functionality, coupled with a commitment to user-centric design principles, positions UI/UX Designers as instrumental in delivering innovative and impactful products to the market.
Who will work with cross-functional team members and rely heavily on qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Understanding the user requirements, use tools to illustrate design ideas
- User Research and UX Research skills
- Experience in Product Design and creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
- Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
- Passionate about creating a user-centric design
- Design the landing page and handle media planning
- Analyze and expand the features of our existing products in terms of usability and UI
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, ensuring responsiveness and usability
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Be ready to self-organize, self-manage, and make your own decisions about what to do to deliver the result
- Work closely with Teach Leads, developers
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience Required: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar position and field
